Düsseldorf, 08.04.2021 The Higher Administrative Court of Lüneburg overturns the “night curfew” for Hanover as a measure to contain the coronavirus. The effect was significantly restricting freedom and illegal. This decision is unappealable. The North-Rhine Westphalia state executive committee of the dieBasis political party welcomes the reversal of the illegal measure.

After 13 months of “corona measures and ordinances” under the premise of health protection, which, however, are accompanied by negative consequences for the entire population and serious collateral damage for people, society and the economy as a whole, the Higher Administrative Court of Lüneburg has now issued a landmark ruling for the state of Lower Saxony.
